Teardrop Makeup Puff with Storage Case

A teardrop makeup puff with a finger ribbon and a storage case. Choose a pink, blue, orange or green single-puff option, or the XL set with two puffs and one case. The designs and lettering on the puff and ribbon vary by option.

Options

Material and construction

The puff has a black application surface and a finger ribbon. The storage case has ventilation openings.

Dry and damp application

For dry use with lighter foundation, spread a suitable amount of foundation evenly, then pat gently with the puff to blend. For damp use with heavier foundation, mist the puff surface with moisturizing spray for dry skin, or setting spray for oily skin. These sprays and foundation are demonstration products and are not included.

To apply foundation with the XL puff, pick it up from a flat surface and pat across the cheek and around the nose.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $69.9. For orders below that,
shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your region.

Processing & delivery times

• We prepare and dispatch your order within 3–5 business days.
• Standard delivery takes 10–15 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships — and you can
  check the latest status anytime on this page using your order number and email.

Duties & taxes — already included

All prices include customs duties and import taxes. No surprise fees at your
door — what you pay at checkout is the final price.

Lost, delayed or damaged

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged,
write to [email protected] with your
order number and photographs where relevant. We will open a carrier claim and
resolve it with you — you will not be asked to negotiate with the courier.

Thirty days, unused and in its original packaging, no explanation required.

The window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an
item. Requests started after that window can still be reviewed case by case, but
we cannot guarantee approval.

Condition

Items must come back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any
tags attached. For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened
or used:

• Personal care tools that contact the skin or eyes (for example heated lash
  curlers and facial tools);
• Socks, hosiery and hair accessories removed from their sealed packaging;
• Face coverings and earrings, for hygiene reasons;
• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your
   order number and a one-line description of the problem.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and a reference
   number. Please do not ship anything before you have that reference.
3. Send the parcel back with the reference in or on the package. Keep the
   carrier receipt until your refund lands.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection — usually within three
business days of arrival — we refund the price you paid to the original payment
method. Bank processing adds a further 5–10 business days depending on your
issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or
we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges. Place a new order for the item you want and
return the original for a refund — it is faster than a swap, and the returning
parcel is tracked the whole way.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us
with photographs within 7 days of delivery. We cover return postage in full and
send the correct item at our cost.
