Bear-shaped makeup puffs in two set options. The puffs combine dry-use, wet-use and flocked designs with finger straps or finger pockets.

Little Bear Friends — 8 puffs (NO.G2213): 1 large dry-use puff, 1 large wet-use cushion puff, 2 large flocked puffs, 1 mini dry-use puff, 1 mini wet-use puff and 2 mini flocked puffs.

Little Bear Mini Cloud — 5 puffs (NO.G2213-5): 1 mini dry-use puff, 2 mini wet-use puffs and 2 mini flocked puffs in the pictured case. The set contains five puffs in the pictured case.

Use

Hold the puff using its strap or finger pocket. Use the dry-use puffs with powder cosmetics, the wet-use cushion puffs for foundation, and the flocked puffs with setting powder. The mini puffs are shown applying makeup around the eye, mouth and nose. Made with hydrophilic polyurethane. The dry-use puffs are labelled Rubycell.

Cleaning

1. Wet the puff and add a suitable amount of cleanser.
2. Rub gently until foam appears.
3. Rinse repeatedly with clean water.
4. Squeeze out water and air-dry in a ventilated place.

Replace the puffs every 2–3 months.

Puff dimensions

The measurements correspond to the arrows in the diagram below. Manual measurement may vary by 0.1–0.3cm. The mini flocked measurement arrow refers to the taupe-ribbon puff; the pink-ribbon puff has no separate arrow.

Storage case dimensions

These dimensions refer to the Mini Cloud storage case. Choose one set. Cosmetics, the shipping carton and other individual packs shown alongside the sets are not included as extra items.

shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your region.

Lost, delayed or damaged

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged,
write to [email protected] with your
order number and photographs where relevant. We will open a carrier claim and
resolve it with you — you will not be asked to negotiate with the courier.

Thirty days, unused and in its original packaging, no explanation required.

The window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an
item. Requests started after that window can still be reviewed case by case, but
we cannot guarantee approval.

Condition

Items must come back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any
tags attached. For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened
or used:

• Personal care tools that contact the skin or eyes (for example heated lash
  curlers and facial tools);
• Socks, hosiery and hair accessories removed from their sealed packaging;
• Face coverings and earrings, for hygiene reasons;
• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your
   order number and a one-line description of the problem.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and a reference
   number. Please do not ship anything before you have that reference.
3. Send the parcel back with the reference in or on the package. Keep the
   carrier receipt until your refund lands.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection — usually within three
business days of arrival — we refund the price you paid to the original payment
method. Bank processing adds a further 5–10 business days depending on your
issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or
we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges. Place a new order for the item you want and
return the original for a refund — it is faster than a swap, and the returning
parcel is tracked the whole way.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us
with photographs within 7 days of delivery. We cover return postage in full and
send the correct item at our cost.
