These terms apply to every order placed with Jinaria Yuna.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you
have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you accept the terms below.
The contract of sale is formed when we send your order confirmation, not when the
order is placed.
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the header and include customs
duties and import taxes. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at
checkout is the price that applies to your order. Payment is taken at the time of
ordering.
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your
order is confirmed we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on
delivery. Please see Shipping & Delivery for processing
times and carrier details.
Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges
policy, which forms part of these terms.
We describe materials and dimensions as accurately as we can. Screen settings
vary, so colours may appear slightly different from the physical item; natural
materials vary in weave and tone. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our
products are not sold as medical devices.
All text, photography and design on this site belong to Jinaria Yuna and may not
be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including
for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, our liability for
any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We process personal data to fulfil orders and to operate the shop. Payment card
details are handled by our payment providers and never stored on our servers. You
may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by
writing to [email protected].
We may invite you to review your order through CusRev, an independent review
service, and will share your email address and order details with them for that
purpose. CusRev acts only as our data processor and may not use your information
for any other purpose. Every review invitation includes an unsubscribe link, and
you can also ask us to stop sending them at any time by writing to
[email protected]. Choosing not to receive
review invitations does not affect your order or your statutory rights.
