Choose M76 or M62 in Black or Beige. M76 has a round charging case with a battery display; M62 has a rectangular charging case with a battery display. The detailed earphone and round-case illustrations below show M76.

All four options use Xiaoyi Intelligence for app-based translation. Registration, the activation code supplied with the manual, a compatible phone and internet access are required.

For M76, the estimated runtime with the charging case is approximately 72 h, and a full charge takes approximately 1.5 h. Actual runtime varies with volume and use. These figures apply to M76.

Set up Xiaoyi Intelligence

1. Install Xiaoyi Intelligence from the official App Store or Google Play listing, or use the app download QR code in the supplied manual. On iPhone, iOS 18.6 or later is required.
2. Register an account. Power on the earphones and pair them in your phone Bluetooth settings.
3. Open Xiaoyi and connect the earphones in the app. Allow microphone permission and keep the phone online.
4. Choose Scan to Activate and scan the activation QR code supplied with the manual, or enter the supplied code. Keep the manual and activation code for future reference.
5. Select the two conversation languages before starting translation.

Face-to-face translation

In Touch Mode, each person wears one earphone. Use the earphone control shown in the phone app to begin speaking. In Translator Mode, one person wears the earphones while the other uses the phone; translated speech can play through the phone speaker. Follow the instructions in the supplied Xiaoyi manual.

Face-to-face mutual translation is included in the price and permanently free after account registration and activation with the supplied code. Other app or AI features may have separate terms.

Charging and everyday use

Place the earphones in the matching charging case and recharge the case through its Type-C port. Keep charging contacts dry. For translation, check the Bluetooth connection, internet access, microphone permission and phone volume if speech is not heard. Keep the app updated.

Lost, delayed or damaged

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged,
write to [email protected] with your
order number and photographs where relevant. We will open a carrier claim and
resolve it with you — you will not be asked to negotiate with the courier.

Thirty days, unused and in its original packaging, no explanation required.

The window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an
item. Requests started after that window can still be reviewed case by case, but
we cannot guarantee approval.

Condition

Items must come back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any
tags attached. For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened
or used:

• Personal care tools that contact the skin or eyes (for example heated lash
  curlers and facial tools);
• Socks, hosiery and hair accessories removed from their sealed packaging;
• Face coverings and earrings, for hygiene reasons;
• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your
   order number and a one-line description of the problem.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and a reference
   number. Please do not ship anything before you have that reference.
3. Send the parcel back with the reference in or on the package. Keep the
   carrier receipt until your refund lands.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection — usually within three
business days of arrival — we refund the price you paid to the original payment
method. Bank processing adds a further 5–10 business days depending on your
issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or
we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges. Place a new order for the item you want and
return the original for a refund — it is faster than a swap, and the returning
parcel is tracked the whole way.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us
with photographs within 7 days of delivery. We cover return postage in full and
send the correct item at our cost.
