How do I clean a wooden brush or comb?

Wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry it immediately, bristles down. Do not soak wood or leave it in a bathroom where it stays wet — that is what causes cracking, not age.

Is the heated lash curler safe for daily use?

It is designed for short, occasional use and warms to a fixed low temperature. Read the instructions included in the box, keep it away from water, and do not use it on mascara or on irritated skin. If you have a diagnosed eye condition, ask your doctor before using any heated lash tool.

Why do natural fibres look slightly different from the photographs?

Linen, silk and wool vary in weave and tone between dye lots. Small differences in texture are a property of the material, not a fault.
