Standard shipping is free on all orders over $69.9. For orders below that, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your region.
We prepare and dispatch your order within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery then takes 10–15 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, and you can check the latest status anytime on the Shipping & Delivery page with your order number and checkout email. It is also always available under My Account.
No. All our prices already include customs duties and import taxes — there are no extra fees to pay on delivery.
If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, write to [email protected] with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will open a carrier claim and resolve it with you — you will not be asked to negotiate with the courier.
