A Mint Green makeup puff with a long three-finger strap and a short middle-finger strap for changing your grip between broad areas and detailed application. Its rounded triangular shape has a curved edge for use around the eyes and nose. Choose one puff or three puffs; each option includes one storage case.

Two finger straps

Use the long strap for a three-finger grip and the short strap for control of the pointed end. The puff has a thick, soft hydrophilic polyurethane body and soft PU backing, with pressed seams and rounded edges.

Wet and dry use

The puff takes on a curved shape after wetting.

Wet use: Thoroughly wet the puff, then press out excess water.

Dry use: Dispense a suitable amount of foundation and pat to apply evenly. The foundation brush pictured in the demonstration is a separate tool.

Product details

The puff measures 6.8cm high and 6.6cm wide. The 3cm and 13cm diagram labels refer to the separate demonstration brush, which is not included with these puff options. Manual measurement; slight variations may occur.

Cleaning

1. Wet the puff with warm water and apply a suitable amount of puff cleanser.
2. Gently knead with your fingertips and press from the centre outwards.
3. Rinse with warm water and air-dry in a ventilated place.

Lost, delayed or damaged

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged,
write to [email protected] with your
order number and photographs where relevant. We will open a carrier claim and
resolve it with you — you will not be asked to negotiate with the courier.

Thirty days, unused and in its original packaging, no explanation required.

The window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an
item. Requests started after that window can still be reviewed case by case, but
we cannot guarantee approval.

Condition

Items must come back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any
tags attached. For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened
or used:

• Personal care tools that contact the skin or eyes (for example heated lash
  curlers and facial tools);
• Socks, hosiery and hair accessories removed from their sealed packaging;
• Face coverings and earrings, for hygiene reasons;
• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your
   order number and a one-line description of the problem.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and a reference
   number. Please do not ship anything before you have that reference.
3. Send the parcel back with the reference in or on the package. Keep the
   carrier receipt until your refund lands.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection — usually within three
business days of arrival — we refund the price you paid to the original payment
method. Bank processing adds a further 5–10 business days depending on your
issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or
we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges. Place a new order for the item you want and
return the original for a refund — it is faster than a swap, and the returning
parcel is tracked the whole way.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us
with photographs within 7 days of delivery. We cover return postage in full and
send the correct item at our cost.
