Self-Adhesive Strip Lashes

Choose one of five black C-curl styles made from artificial fibre. Each box contains one pair of strip lashes with a pre-applied adhesive band. A spare adhesive band is shown in the product detail.

How to apply

1. Lift the lash strip from the tray.
2. Place the strip at your natural lash line.
3. Press gently and adjust its position.

After use

Do not forcefully pull off the lashes after wear. Keep the lashes in their case after use.

The Little Devil, Fairy and Natural product cards show an included crescent board.

Application and adhesive-band replacement

1. Lift the strip from its tray with tweezers.
2. Trim the strip to suit your eye length.
3. The strip has a pre-applied adhesive band.
4. Place it at your natural lash roots.
5. Press and adjust the middle, inner end and outer end.
6. After wear, lift and peel off the strip without forceful pulling.
7. When replacing the band, remove the old adhesive band and press the lash strip onto the replacement band shown in the demonstration.

Tweezers, scissors and the separate glue bottle in the demonstrations are not included.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $69.9. For orders below that,
shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your region.

Duties & taxes — already included

All prices include customs duties and import taxes. No surprise fees at your

Lost, delayed or damaged

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged,
write to [email protected] with your
order number and photographs where relevant. We will open a carrier claim and
resolve it with you — you will not be asked to negotiate with the courier.

Thirty days, unused and in its original packaging, no explanation required.

The window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an
item. Requests started after that window can still be reviewed case by case, but
we cannot guarantee approval.

Condition

Items must come back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any
tags attached. For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened
or used:

• Personal care tools that contact the skin or eyes (for example heated lash
  curlers and facial tools);
• Socks, hosiery and hair accessories removed from their sealed packaging;
• Face coverings and earrings, for hygiene reasons;
• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your
   order number and a one-line description of the problem.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and a reference
   number. Please do not ship anything before you have that reference.
3. Send the parcel back with the reference in or on the package. Keep the
   carrier receipt until your refund lands.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection — usually within three
business days of arrival — we refund the price you paid to the original payment
method. Bank processing adds a further 5–10 business days depending on your
issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or
we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges. Place a new order for the item you want and
return the original for a refund — it is faster than a swap, and the returning
parcel is tracked the whole way.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us
with photographs within 7 days of delivery. We cover return postage in full and
send the correct item at our cost.
