Choose a Life Girls lash-cluster style to add definition to your lash line. These artificial-fiber clusters have a pre-applied adhesive band and are supplied in an opening case. Each option is one style, with the cluster quantity and lash lengths shown below.

Application

1. Curl your natural lashes, then apply lash primer.
2. Lift the middle of the cluster at the marked line. Avoid touching the adhesive band.
3. Apply from the inner corner to the middle, then the outer corner, close to the roots of your natural lashes.
4. Use tweezers to gently adjust the false and natural lashes for a closer fit.

Removal and storage

Curl your natural lashes before placement because uncurled lashes can press the clusters downward. To remove, gently hold the tips of the lash cluster with your fingers and move in the direction of lash growth. Return removed clusters to their case for storage. Wear time varies with lash condition and oil.

shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your region.

Lost, delayed or damaged

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged,
write to [email protected] with your
order number and photographs where relevant. We will open a carrier claim and
resolve it with you — you will not be asked to negotiate with the courier.

Thirty days, unused and in its original packaging, no explanation required.

The window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an
item. Requests started after that window can still be reviewed case by case, but
we cannot guarantee approval.

Condition

Items must come back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any
tags attached. For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened
or used:

• Personal care tools that contact the skin or eyes (for example heated lash
  curlers and facial tools);
• Socks, hosiery and hair accessories removed from their sealed packaging;
• Face coverings and earrings, for hygiene reasons;
• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your
   order number and a one-line description of the problem.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and a reference
   number. Please do not ship anything before you have that reference.
3. Send the parcel back with the reference in or on the package. Keep the
   carrier receipt until your refund lands.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection — usually within three
business days of arrival — we refund the price you paid to the original payment
method. Bank processing adds a further 5–10 business days depending on your
issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or
we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges. Place a new order for the item you want and
return the original for a refund — it is faster than a swap, and the returning
parcel is tracked the whole way.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us
with photographs within 7 days of delivery. We cover return postage in full and
send the correct item at our cost.
