Keep laundry off the floor with a hanging storage basket. Choose White / Grey or Cream White in Small, Large or Extra Large; the three sizes have different constructions.

The Small basket hangs from two hooks and suits smaller items. The Large and Extra Large baskets have folding side panels, an integrated carry handle and an adhesive wall mount, so it can be folded back when not in use. Perforated panels allow air to circulate. Laundry and surrounding accessories in the photographs are not included.

Choose your basket

Measurements may vary by 0.5–2 cm due to manual measurement. Materials: PP and TPE for the folding basket; plastic for the Small basket.

Installing the Large and Extra Large baskets

1. Wipe the wall clean.
2. Peel the backing from the adhesive mount.
3. Press the mount firmly into position.
4. Allow the adhesive to set for 24 hours before hanging and using the basket.

Compatible mounting surfaces include marble tiles, smooth tiles, frosted tiles, glass, wood panels and mirrors. Avoid rough earth or plaster walls, cement, wallpaper, fabric wall coverings and water-based painted surfaces. Check that your chosen surface is compatible before fitting.

Lost, delayed or damaged

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged,
write to [email protected] with your
order number and photographs where relevant. We will open a carrier claim and
resolve it with you — you will not be asked to negotiate with the courier.

Thirty days, unused and in its original packaging, no explanation required.

The window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an
item. Requests started after that window can still be reviewed case by case, but
we cannot guarantee approval.

Condition

Items must come back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any
tags attached. For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened
or used:

• Personal care tools that contact the skin or eyes (for example heated lash
  curlers and facial tools);
• Socks, hosiery and hair accessories removed from their sealed packaging;
• Face coverings and earrings, for hygiene reasons;
• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your
   order number and a one-line description of the problem.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and a reference
   number. Please do not ship anything before you have that reference.
3. Send the parcel back with the reference in or on the package. Keep the
   carrier receipt until your refund lands.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection — usually within three
business days of arrival — we refund the price you paid to the original payment
method. Bank processing adds a further 5–10 business days depending on your
issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or
we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges. Place a new order for the item you want and
return the original for a refund — it is faster than a swap, and the returning
parcel is tracked the whole way.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us
with photographs within 7 days of delivery. We cover return postage in full and
send the correct item at our cost.
