Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our studio, and
they are always available under My Account. You can also
look any order up yourself on the Shipping & Delivery
page with your order number and checkout email.
If a parcel has stopped moving for more than five business days,
tell us and we will chase the carrier
rather than asking you to.
